Do you offer a warranty?
All designs from Heavenly Beads come with a 30 day warranty. We will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw within 30 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for return shipping, and Heavenly Beads will be responsible for shipping it back to the customer after repair. After the warranty expires repairs/replacements are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. There is a turn-around time of 2-5 weeks for repairs/replacements. If you are returning an item under warranty please email us first!

What is your return policy?
All items, EXCEPT for custom made orders & clearance items, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (for equal or lesser value)! All Custom Made Orders & Clearance Items Are Final! The customer will be responsible for the return shipping, and your original receipt must be returned with your item! Please email customer service and we will give you the address to mail your returns to. Thank You For Your Cooperation
Repairs will be made on merchandise that suffer from manufacturers defects within 30 days of purchase free of charge. Repair fees after the 30 days are assessed on a per piece basis, depending on the severity of damage. Fees range from $30 & up plus shipping and handling.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Through paypal we gladly accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.
What is your shipping policy?
All United States order's will ship via first class USPS mail for $5 arriving in 3-7 business days, once your payment has been received. Expedited shipping, and insurance is available for an additional fee. All U.S. orders $150 & up, will ship free via USPS mail. We also ship internationally via economy USPS mail for starting at $11 to Canada, and starting at $15 to all other countries, final cost for shipping will be based on the weight of your purchase, the buyer will be responsible for imposed import, duty tax, or custom fees, please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive. Expedited international shipping, and insurance is also available for an additional fee. Once your payment has cleared your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days, for non customized items. For customized designs please allow an additional 7-10 business days, we accept payment through Paypal, or credit card. If your First-Class U.S. Mail or U.S. Priority Mail has not arrived within 5 Postal business days from the date you were notified that , you can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) where a customer service representative will document your mail loss complaint, or you can visit the Postal Inspection Service Web site and complete a mail loss report.

Do you offer financing or layaway?
Yes, financing is offered through paypal upon credit approval. Layaway is offered with a minimum of 1o% down, and monthly payments in increments of $25 or more, until your purchase is paid in full. If you prefer this option, email us and an invoice will be sent to you.
